I am a big supporter and returning customers of black show. I have been buying hair from this company since 2019, and never had an issue with any of the hair textures I purchased every texture Brazilian bundles for my personal use and for my hair business. I bought this hair for my birthday which is tomorrow, my stylist opened the packs and noticed that it overly coated with synthetic material, with raggedy hard brittle ends, also we did the burn test which is failed miserably, THIE IS NOT 100% MINK BRAZILIAN HAIR LIKE “ADVERTISED” This as worst the the neighborhood hair store hair. I had no other option but to have my stylist install because I go on vacation for my birthday TOMORROW. I purchase 4 bundles of 30 Inch she had to chop off to at least 20inch and the ends are still raggedy! I am so pissed. Thank god my stylist has miracle hands she did the best she could do, even though my ends are crusty as ever, I will keep it in for 5 days during my trip and then throw it in the trash. NEVER AGAIN, Black Show never played with me like this ever, but it’s fine because they lost a loyal client and I will no longer recommend them to my clients or mention them on my social media platform. EVER !! I am so unhappy and my birthday is tomorrow , this is unreal. They did not care , we pay you people hundreds of dollars for y’all to play in our faces and in our wallets. Unacceptable! Luckily I won’t post any picture to diminish their business I’m not about that because I’m a business owner, but what’s right is right and yall are wrong!!! GIVE US THE GOOD PRODUCTS THAT WE PAY FOR NOT TRASH YALL WANT TO GET RID OFF. WE MAKE YALL MONEY, and if yall keep sending bad batches of hair yall will go out of business very quickly. It’s so many other website with reputable businesses and great quality hair.
